OneManOneFarm.org is a civil society non-political advocacy organisation that exists to fight and expose the nepotism, endemic
corruption and asset looting that is prevalent in the agrarian reform programme in Zimbabwe. We produce research of
outstanding quality on the core issues of agriculture and communicate it to politicians and opinion formers in order to create a
consensus for reform.
We are determinedly independent and strictly non-party in our approach. We believe that there has been policy failure in relation
to agrarian reform over a period of years under the previous governments, and we want to persuade all parties that there is
need for a fundamental change.
OneManOneFarm.org is driven by Zimbabweans who wish to permanently halt the destruction of the agricultural and agro-
processing sector by the new agrarian bourgeoisie, the politically connected absentee landlords who now own multiple farms
and speculate with land.
OneManOneFarm.org investigates cases and presents evidence for civil and criminal prosecution in cases where current
occupiers and invaders of private farms violated the law through the misuse, embezzlement and theft of allocated state funds,
developmental aid, agricultural inputs and machinery during the land grab.
Goals
The broad aims of One ManOneFarm.org are:
* To lobby for policy reforms aimed at addressing the land question and other agricultural matters.
* To empower the poor landless, women and young people so as to enable them to participate fully in farming activities.
* To identify, quantify and address the needs of all land users
* To facilitate the provision of agricultural inputs, training and assistance.
* To lobby for the provision of finance for the agrarian reform programme.
The Zimbabwean agrarian reform programme has to be pursued fairly by ensuring that:
- all Zimbabwean citizens are eligible for land ownership.
- priority for land has to be given to agricultural professionals and workers.
- multiple land owners and land speculators must be evicted.
- farm invasions must cease forthwith.
Our Mission To restore the security of tenure by enforcing the one man one farm policy through the prevention of corrupt practices within Zimbabwe's agrarian reform programme and to recover the founding principles of our constitution that guarantee private property rights, freedom, justice and peace to all.

The poor landless Zimbabweans who were supposed to be the beneficiaries of new farmland and empowered through
resettlement have been further impoverished by greedy, corrupt politicians known generically as "the chefs", who have abused
the fast track land reform programme for their own benefit.
Prime agricultural land is now exclusively in the hands of the few political elite who use the land for housing developments,
subdivisions and other speculative deals which generate obscene amounts of money for themselves from free land acquired
through corrupt practices.
Farms acquired under the guise of redressing a colonial imbalance and decongesting communal areas now form part of the
multiple farm ownership portfolio for individuals who hired bogus "war veterans," evicted professional farmers and
misappropriated private properties for their own use.
Once productive commercial farms now "owned" by absentee ministers, diplomats, civil servants and relatives of government
officials are lying idle and vandalised. Many political leaders were appropriated farms without regard to qualifications, capacity
or whether or not they already had one.
More than 500 000 farm worker families have been displaced and rendered homeless by the very programme they were
supposed to benefit from.
Vision Formulating policy, influencing legislation and encouraging debate amongst all Zimbabwean land users in order to achieve the equatable redistribution of our land.

OneManOneFarm.org emphasises on empirical analysis, unflinching criticism, and concrete proposals for reform
policy positions. Where our policies coincide with those of a particular political party this is without any purpose of advancing the
partisan interests of any party.
